You can contact Helsinki University Library by submitting a feedback form, emailing the service address or calling customer service during its opening hours.
Chat Service

The library's chat service can be found on the library's website and in the Helka library database. The chat is generally available Mon-Fri 9-16.

The chat window is active when a customer service representative is present. At other times, you can fill in a contact form in the chat.

You can use the chat to ask questions about library services. We do not renew loans in chat, you can renew loans by logging into your customer account in Helka.

The Library will aim to respond as soon as possible.
