The library's chat service can be found on the library's website and in the Helka library database. The chat is generally available Mon-Fri 9-16.
The chat window is active when a customer service representative is present. At other times, you can fill in a contact form in the chat.
You can use the chat to ask questions about library services. We do not renew loans in chat, you can renew loans by logging into your customer account in Helka.
Queries, service requests and feedback can be submitted using the online form or by email library@helsinki.fi.
The Library will aim to respond as soon as possible.

The campus library phone services can be contacted, for example, to notify of a change of address or to ask about services at a specific location. The phone service operates during library's customer service hours.
