Bus lines 78 and 57 stop next to the Info Centre, as well as light rail line 15. Most services are operated by low-floor buses. The trams on the light rail line have low floors along their entire length and the stop platforms are at the same level as the floor of the tram.
To reach the campus area by car, it is advisable to enter via the intersection of Pihlajamäentie and Latokartanonkaari. From Latokartanonkaari turn right into Kanslerinkaari.
There are two accessible parking spaces between the Information Centre Korona and Biocentre 1 at the end of Kanslerinkaari. They are located outside more than 10 m from the entrance. The width of the parking grid is at least 3.6 m.
The entrance to the building is at street level. The access route to the entrance is flat and sufficiently wide and illuminated. There is a ramp less than 6 m long, with handrails on the right hand side when going up. The entrance is clearly visible and illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
The entrance doors are clearly visible and have contrasting markings on the glass doors. The exterior door is a manually operated hinged swing door, which can also be opened with a push-button. The opening button is located on the left side of the door at a height of 1 m and 19 cm from the outer corner of the canopy. There is sufficient space outside the door for wheelchair access, for example.
The collections and study spaces of the Viikki Campus Library are located on three floors, from K1 to 2. There is a lift between the floors.

The customer service point is located on the same floor as the entrance to the library. There is no queuing system in the waiting area of the service point. There are no seats in the waiting area. The customers wait standing up.
Accessible toilets in the Campus Library are located on floors K1, 1 and 2.
