Helsinki University Library has multifunction printers available for all customers. University community uses multifunction printers with a personal ID card or users can log in directly to the device from the screen using their University of Helsinki username and password. Other customers can get access to the devices by registering for the Uniprint service on the myPrint portal.

The group study rooms can be reserved by the students and staff of the University of Helsinki in the Office365 calendar. Unreserved group study rooms may be used by all library customers, but the person who has made the reservation always has priority.

Both the printed collections and electronic materials in all library locations can be used by all customers.
Some of the reading spaces and all of the bookable groupwork facilities can be used only by students, researchers and staff of the University of Helsinki.
In addition, only University students and staff can access online materials acquired by the library via remote access with an off-campus device.
Only guide and service dogs are welcome in Kaisa House and all Campus Libraries.
