The Licentiate of Philosophy degree comprises two main components: postgraduate research studies and a licentiate thesis, completed alongside training in clinical genetics, chemistry or microbiology. Holders of a doctoral or licentiate degree in philosophy only complete the training in clinical genetics, chemistry or microbiology.
The current course catalogues for training in clinical genetics, chemistry and microbiology as well as information on applying for the right to study and completing the training are available in the instructions section of the Studies Service.
