The doctoral programme brings together doctoral researchers in many disciplines, including general education, philosophy of education, sociology of education, adult education, educational psychology, special education, early childhood education and care, teacher education, general and subject-specific didactics, educational neuroscience, craft science and home economics as well as speech-language pathology and cognitive science. While the doctoral researchers of the programme specialise in their specific disciplines, they collaborate closely with researchers from other disciplines and receive methodological and theoretical training based on the latest research.
